First time here recommended by one of my friends and I can honestly say it was one of the best customer service interactions I've had. Everything was explained to me in details and I was kept updated with everything that was going on step by step. Very satisfied with the work and strongly recommend to anyone. Su was such a great person to deal with and made the whole process very smooth and easy to understand. Thank you!

Hello..I would like to take this opportunity to let everyone know of a great automotive body and mechanic shop located in Chicago.. Royal Automotive shop is located on north Elston Ave..and its family owned. They give speey high-quality collision estimates and they are great at insurance estimates. Key themes include honesty. professionalism and going above and beyond such as detailing the car. Sue Lamb works there and you can count on her fast and reliable service. She is kind and considerate and you will not be disappointed when you visit them at Royal Automotive in Chicago on Elston Avenue.

I have been coming to Royal Automotive for 4-5 years now and it has been a great experience each time. Everyone from the mechanics in the garage, to Sue and Chris in the front desk are kind and welcoming every time I’m in. They focus on prioritizing the work a car needs and take into consideration vehicle age and budget when talking through recommended repairs. I initially took my car in after it was rear ended by a hit and run driver. Sue, Chris and the team worked quickly and efficiently with my insurance (Progressive) to repair the damage and kept me up to date each step of the way. Their efficiency and communication made that ordeal less stressful. Since then, I have been in for mechanical work and they have exceeded expectations each time. On a separate occasion Sue even showed me how to top off my oil to avoid replacing a leak in my older car. All of their work comes with a warranty and the peace of mind that they will work with you to discuss any concerns. Finally, for the women reading this who may be weary of entering auto shops alone, this is a clean, safe, professional space. I highly recommend them.

I brought my Toyota Camry hybrid to fix the bumper as there were major scratches and it was partially hanging off the car. The service was great. They were on top of everything from the beginning to the end. While my car was in their care, I was told that I needed a new car battery and tires. They took care of everything very well. They also communicated well with my insurance company and rental car company. The result of their work is great. I highly recommend using their services.

Royal was highly recommended to me by a good friend who has been in the car scene for over 25 years. My 2002 Wagon has seen better days. I needed new paint, rust taken care of, and dents taken out. From the minute I met Su and Chris, I knew I would be in great hands. They were honest, friendly, and easy to work with. They had my wagon for four months. Su kept me updated frequently on the progress of its refresh. When I came to pick up my wagon after they were done...WOW!!!!!!! Felt like I was back at the dealer in 2002. My wagon looked showroom new! No details were missed from when we began the process four months prior. 2025: Had minor body work done on my 2022 Legacy. As always, top notch work and great communication!! Thank you again! I want to thank Su, Chris, Josh, and their entire team for their patience, AMAZING work, and impeccable service! I would 110% recommend Royal to anyone who needs paint and bodywork done!
